Brandi McClain is a seasoned higher education administrator with more than two decades of experience at the University of Pittsburgh, coming from the Center for Military Medicine Research overseeing operating, endowed, and grant accounts, financial reporting, compliance, and pre‑ and post‑award administration. She previously led departmental and graduate program operations, managing budgets, recruitment, policy development, event planning, course scheduling, and cross‑unit collaboration across multiple academic disciplines.
Brandi holds a BA from Pitt, along with certificates in Leadership, Administrative Professionalism, Global Competency, Supervisor Essentials, DEI, and Digital Accessibility, and is currently pursuing an MS. She has served in many roles on many committees to strengthen the community.
